Arcadia has been engaged by Six Senses to provide MEP and Sustainability Design Review Consultancy Services for all their projects internationally. Arcadia peer review services comprising the review of engineering drawings, documents and specifications for mechanical and electrical plant and installations and recommendations for approval or rejection on the documents based on the Six Senses Standards and local site conditions. Arcadia is also collaborating with Six Senses to fulfill the brand’s sustainability objectives in a coordinated plan for the project. Embedding the Six Senses sustainability principles into engineering concepts and development, reviewing and enforcing the modelling of capital and operational costing and budgets. Lead the sustainability direction for the project and ensure maximum adherence to the values of the brand’s sustainability principles.
